- Property management inquiries: name, email address, phone number, property address, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, type, amenities), current property management arrangement, revenue and occupancy information you choose to share, and other information you submit through our application form.
- Booking inquiries and reservations: name, email, phone, dates of stay, guest count, payment information (processed by our booking partner, not stored by us), and any messages you send us.
- Communication: records of correspondence with us by email, phone, text, or through forms on the Site.

- Service providers we use to operate our business, including GoHighLevel/MarketMySTR (CRM and marketing automation), Hospitable (property management software), Google (analytics and reCAPTCHA), our booking platform partner, our email service provider, and our payment processor. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Property owners we manage on behalf of, when you book one of their properties, limited to information necessary to complete and service your stay.
- Listing platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO when you book through those platforms or when we list properties there on behalf of owners.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- In a business transaction: if Wiggins Homestays is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the user experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the Site may not function properly. Tracking technologies we use include:
- Google Analytics: measures Site traffic and user behavior. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- GoHighLevel/MarketMySTR pixel: tracks form submissions, page views, and lead activity for our CRM.
- Google reCAPTCHA: prevents spam and automated abuse on our forms.
We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time.
